tweet maybe peases.

sorry that i haven't posted a "trip home" blog, and being that it's been 3 weeks since i got home, i figured it was about time. (c: but then i realized i still had to write a "last few days in mass" blog. so. i guess this is what this is.

between my mother and i, we totally forgot the camera for the graduation ceremony...go figure. so i don't really have any pics from the day. but i did get a few fun pics that night when i joined most of my classmates for an after party where i was able to get some fun shots...and here a few of my favs

mark and amy-lynn

karinna, mark and amy-lynn

marcello and i (he makes me look exceptionally white and chubby...)

me, amanda, amy-lynn and sarah

on saturday my mom and i made a trip to shelburne falls so that my mom could see the bridge of flowers and the potholes. so here are a few pics from that day.

a cool old building right on the deerfield river.

a view of the bridge thru 2 of the water front buildings.

the bridge of flowers.

we went down to the potholes and the place was swarming with families and teenagers swimming and diving off the high rocks into the deep pools created by the potholes. it was weird because of all the other times that i had been down there i was usually alone. a few times there may have been one or two other people. it was always just a really serene and relaxing place, so it was strange to see it taken over by 50 people.

one funny thing was the random shopping cart chilling in one of the shallower pools. don't know who brought it there, why or how, but if you could see how difficult it was to just maneuver around the potholes, you'd probably wonder how too. (c:

later in the day, we had to head down to the street by amy-lynn's apartment to take a shot of my favorite sign....

this is outside of a church...naturally.

we had planned on leaving the next day, but with the crazy weather we were unable to get the car packed...so we left on monday.

the trip home was pretty uneventful, but here are a few of the highlights...

• we found a lost puppy (he was stuffed) at a truck stop in new york and named him frank. we then convinced both my dad and my brother that we rescued an actual dog and were bringing it home.

• the first night that we stopped for dinner we ran into a horde of evil pigeons (ew). no pictures here, because i was too busy running from the dirty birds.

• we found out that spelling is not important in rural ohio.

• basically, we just had a lot of fun. (c:
